Dancing in the Moonlight/Luna Diosa

I’m blessed that I get the moon in my window in NYC, and the new condo building being constructed across the street in my ever more getting-gentrified Barrio doesn’t look like it will be able to block it out.  So, my window sill herb garden gets the benefit of both the moonglow and the sunlight, making for some powerful herbal medicine.

That and my dear community, my dear friends, the freedom fighters who have blessed me with their trust, solidarity, sweet friendships in Tucson, Colombia en Bogotá y más el sur oeste en Popayán, NYC, Jursey, Maine, Plymouth–>United American Indians of New England!, Texas, Nuevo México, Edwardo’s Villa Illinois, Califas, Nicaragua, México, Costa Rica, Haiti, la Republica Dominicana – the struggle of every day life, the learning, the growing, the loving, the fighting for a better world and the convergence of the energies of the universe, make life pretty grand, que no?

Craning my neck in seeing the 3D copper luna during the first convergence in 372 years of the lunar eclipse and the Winter Soltice the other morn was something, then the slammin celebration!  Next up, the real Dream Act, liberation, freedom, increasing the love, decreasing the hate, e-racism, loving all genders, honoring all gender expressions without judgements, affirming that our strength is not for hurting, honoring the strengthen of poor and working communities, working for lives full of dignity, honoring all ages, backing up community autonomy and self-determination, strengthening the community connects, the ties that keep us in that loop back around to love and liberation dancin, dancin to slammin musica!

Marking another year of progress in human connection,
